very bad poor staff, they don’t go up and beyond , the gave me a empty truck l had to wait over 1 hour and 39 minutes to get another truck so it put me in delay big time l would never use these people every again fuk u haul

Douglas TWindshield washer fluid was frozen. Perhaps summer fluid was added instead of winter. We tried to top up but it was full.
