I did not go inside so I can't comment on the cleanliness. Attendant was very helpful and cheery!

Awesome experience!!
Dave MGreat service
RAY DEasy rental
Christine SI arranged for a pick-up within business hours. When I got there the office was closed. There was a number to call, but I didn't get a return phone call. Luckily there was a service truck from Uhaul there and the gentleman helped me through the online pick up. I found it frustrating that they closed up when they had a customer coming and they didn't contact me.
john BContinue the great customer service, support and sense of humour - Tory!!
brian pAll good
John MI did the self-checkout. Very easy and convenient.
Bradley MThis location is absolutely the best ….. they go above and beyond and think outside the box to be helpful …….very accommodating and fantabulous!
Kathleen SThere was a issues with staffing and receiving my U-haul vehicle for the weekend. On Friday, staff took down my information, but didn't record it on the computer due to a glitch. Went in on Monday and nothing was typed in the computer. Phone the before pickup and no phone call back, but only a text message. Not the most organized place to deal with.
DOUGLASR DWas great service thank you

SHAWN DFirst of all this wasn’t our pick up location we had chosen. Got switched not by us. Tried taking pictures as required. They wouldn’t download. Due to the area, the service was terrible. We had a really tough time trying to connect..
Elaine GBetter customer experience.
Vinay NService was great (flexible, helpful, personalized).
Donald DThe van was filthy, spilled stuff on the floors..Not one drop of windshield cleaner. The inside of the windshield was was so smudged and greasy when sun hit it, you could bearly see out.. .was worried about if oil had even been checked...
JOHANNE FCustomer Service Manager, Syn and team from district 852 were fantastic! They were very swift with help when an issue popped out and very kind and understanding. Its nice to see a client-facing team be so relaxed and composed in what Im sure is a at time a tough industry to have that kind of role. Thank you Syn and colleagues for a great Uhaul experience :)
Jaden DSuper friendly would totally rent this again when we need it for my other upcoming events
Albert HI have rented from Ohana in several occasions. The staff here provide outstanding service. It's a pleasure to rent here.
Joyce MGreat customer service!
LAURA MTammy was amazing and very helpful. One complaint about the equipment. A trailer that size should have its own trailer brakes. Uhaul equips these with emergency brakes but with the weight of a vehicle on the trailer, the trailer itself needs brakes to aid with normal stopping
Matthew DIf there’s closer location in town (which there was walking distance) I will send them there
Kristina TCustomer service is great. Folks are friendly and professional and helpful.
Robert Zi just did an after hours drop off at the second location so experience was limited
Alex BExcellent response time and communications. No stress rental!

Stephen DIt was closed early I brought the rental back a day early.I though I would get a little refund for being a day early
Daniel KThe manager was very detail oriented, clear about all costs and very professional. We will rent from there again.
buck mUsually very accurate billing. Not this time. Charged for 35 Km, I only put 22 km on the truck, photos @ pick-up and drop-off, and put and extra $10 fuel, past the 3/4 mark. Cheers
Michael DDrop off was not fun No one there because after hours too many pictures and online steps to avoid a fee How much is the fee?
Brian ZExcellent communication and customer service. Great help hitching up. Good instructions on using the U-Haul app. Definately recommend this location.
