She was not open to questions and provided little to no explanations..I.e. did not tell me I would receive a text message and would need to take photo of the back of the truck. Also, 2 days prior to picking up truck, she called to confirm details and also to let me know she had no moving pads to provide me. That would have been good to know a few days earlier! I called once I got home and she said I was no longer in her system as it was a one way rental so she couldn’t even resend the link. When I called her later she had a screaming baby right beside the phone, making communication impossible. Finally, ten minutes down the road I had to pull over as a piece of moulding around the front wheel well came loose and was obstructing tire. Very frustrating.
