DAVID SNothing to improve at this location, trucks are clean and easy to access. I use the U-Haul app and it has major issues. It takes forever to get through all of the "opportunities" to buy add on products like moving, storage, moving again, storage again... and the drivers license upload process is outdated and slow. It really does a disservice to the franchisees and would be the main reason I rent somewhere else.
