Clean the truck and don’t lie to customers. They told me they just got the truck back earlier that day and didn’t have time to clean it. After talking to U-Haul customer service, they had actually received the truck back on 6/23.

My experience was that I was sent to different locations to get a 26ft truck,to a 20ft truck, ended up with a 15ft due to someone not returning the larger one on time.
