What an absolute mess. It's both a Uhaul and an appliance repair shop, which is fine in concept but when you step inside there's just crap everywhere. The ladies behind the desk were very nice, however they seemed to be a bit behind with the times. I had rented a Uhaul from another location the week before which was very professional and totally on top of things. Everything there was digital and I got emails with all of the various files. I had expected the same here, but instead I was handed a huge stack of paper, seriously about 1/4 inch thick stack, that I was supposed to sign and keep with me in my vehicle. On top of all of that, when we stepped outside to hook up the trailer, the lady stood there and stared at me and then pointed to the hookup and told me what to do. I hooked up the trailer myself. As soon as I was done, she just said, "okay, have a nice day." and walked away. She didn't have me check that the lights were working properly. When I returned the trailer, I also had to unhook it and chock the wheels myself. After the wonderful professional experience I had at the other location, this really felt sloppy and careless. I will not use this location again.

KINESE HClean the truck and don’t lie to customers. They told me they just got the truck back earlier that day and didn’t have time to clean it. After talking to U-Haul customer service, they had actually received the truck back on 6/23.
