Not very friendly and the older man was useless in providing assistance in checking me in. He just kept saying "go to the app".

The rental was clean enough that it was able to be used. However, the vehicle had a strong odor of animals and was noticeably not swept as there was some animal fur/hair on the cargo area and dust on the seats. Once I swept and cleaned the cab and cargo area, the rental was exactly what I needed.
