They were not customer friendly. I really wanted to cancel my reservation and go to another location but I was already running late. The representative didn't come out to check the truck with me either. He just gave me the key. I have never experienced poor rude service when picking up a U-haul vehicle from a 3rd party. I feel U-haul should cancel their contract with that particular location.

JOHN HNot very friendly and the older man was useless in providing assistance in checking me in. He just kept saying "go to the app".
Shonda TThe rental was clean enough that it was able to be used. However, the vehicle had a strong odor of animals and was noticeably not swept as there was some animal fur/hair on the cargo area and dust on the seats. Once I swept and cleaned the cab and cargo area, the rental was exactly what I needed.
