For context, We had a dumping of snow Thursday night. (everyone was well aware of it, it wasn't a surprise) We picked up the truck Saturday morning. Here's my problem, your trucks are left outside, so when we picked up the truck there was still about 8" of snow on the winshield and the winshield wipers were frozen to the windshield. It was so inconvinient and had to defrost for awhile before i could even start driving. Now I know there's nothing we can do about snow but how about workers raise windshield wipers before planned snow to avoid situations like this. Or have snow scrappers placed in trucks before a snow storm hits.
JOSHUA AThe inside of the truck cab was dirty. The gentleman I spoke to did NOT review milage or truck conditions with me. He sent me out with 3/8 tank and charged me for 2 days. Upon return, even though I put $10 in the tank for my 8 mile move, HE CHARGED ME A $30 REFUELING FEE AND $32 FOR 8 GALLONS OF GAS!! I ONLY DROVE IT 8 MILES!! Do not rent from this location. They are irresponsible and he's trying to make ME pay for his mistakes! AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!
Kimberly TThe agent was completely rude. Didn't even know how to complete the reservation checkout. Did not know how to connect the trailer. He was very dismissive and belittled me during the connection process.
JULIAN CCharged me 96 for supposed damage or something, but they didn't take notes about what the problem is. We folded the moving blankets, left the dolly in the truck, and left the same amount of gas in it. We only had the truck a little over 24 hours. This location said they don't do refunds and we have to call a phone number, so we called the number and the woman I spoke with said to go to the location we dropped it off at (which is the same place that said they couldn't do anything). They opened some sort of case about the dispute. No help whatsoever.
