The inside of the truck cab was dirty. The gentleman I spoke to did NOT review milage or truck conditions with me. He sent me out with 3/8 tank and charged me for 2 days. Upon return, even though I put $10 in the tank for my 8 mile move, HE CHARGED ME A $30 REFUELING FEE AND $32 FOR 8 GALLONS OF GAS!! I ONLY DROVE IT 8 MILES!! Do not rent from this location. They are irresponsible and he's trying to make ME pay for his mistakes! AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!

The agent was completely rude. Didn't even know how to complete the reservation checkout. Did not know how to connect the trailer. He was very dismissive and belittled me during the connection process.
JULIAN CCharged me 96 for supposed damage or something, but they didn't take notes about what the problem is. We folded the moving blankets, left the dolly in the truck, and left the same amount of gas in it. We only had the truck a little over 24 hours. This location said they don't do refunds and we have to call a phone number, so we called the number and the woman I spoke with said to go to the location we dropped it off at (which is the same place that said they couldn't do anything). They opened some sort of case about the dispute. No help whatsoever.
Arden BUHaul added fakse charges to my rental: Furniture Pads (3 Rental Periods @ $10.00/period) $30.00 Utility Dolly (3 Rental Periods @ $7.00/period) $21.00 I had the site leadership go outside and confirm mileage and gas, as the UHual site wiuld not let me finish the turn in process after i added the dispute. This is not the fault of the location, these fakse charges are the fault of UHaul and will be disputed with my bank with witness testimony. Adding equipment i did not authorize and falsifying my authorization meets the Colorado statute of Identity Theft. Refund my amount or i will file criminal charges.
