No clerk on site. Questionable safety of drop off location. Not friendly for family pick up or drop off
Matthew MGive a defined button on your app and website for RETURN TRUCK that walks you through the steps. All I found on the site was Tips to return truck. No actual button to begin process.
Bobby NWell Richard was on the phone talking about another business he has had I had to wait. I really looked like he was rushing me out. I was ask were to drop off the truck. I told him down from my address 10 minutes away. Instead he sent me across town 40 minutes away.
