The people at this location were very nice, I accidentally left something in the truck after returning the key and they were very helpful in retrieving it

Antonio GWe had a reservation at a different location. My husband arrived at 8 and they said they didn’t have the trailer, so they sent him to this location. They didn’t open until 9 and then the owner was 15 late. He needed a piece for the lights and they didn’t have it at the location, so he was sent to Walmart. By the time he finally got the trailer it was almost 11. The location was dirty, had poor signage and didn’t feel safe. Very poor experience overall.
Edward CThe guy was super rude hole time and charges way more then uhauls. He is a scam artist and shouldn’t be allowed to run this at all. After my experience with this guy and the high price tag. I should get a refund for over charging me and dealing with such a person. Should have the BBB called on him. A 1$ plus a mile is insane.
