When I got there she informed me that I would not be getting a month free of storage. That's what you guys say but she has to break the news and everyone gets mad at her. Are you serious I couldn't believe what I heard. Then she goes out to get miles off the truck and there under a 1000 from when I left. Now how the heck does that make sense. Then going to charge me another 71.00 for y'alls mess up are you kidding me. This is outrageous and I want to be compensated atleast. I think giving me the monthly storage for free like I was told. Plus the 71.00 for mileage when you don't even know how many miles I went is fair. Totally unsatisfied with the service I received. I need something to be done or I or anyone in my family will be using uhaul again.DEREK W.

I was very happy with the ease to pick up and drop of the Transit van. The van was clean and I had no problems with it at all. I monitored the fuel consumption, and over 3500 miles it averaged around 20mpg, which was very good. I do recommend Uhaul, they seem to have truck/van rentals honed in place.BERNARD H.
I originally booked at a closer location to me (gleneagle storage). The email I received said gleneagle as well but when I went to check in, it said northgate. I had to travel to northgate and was late for my pickup. Each employee told me that this happens sometimes but I ended up paying for more miles. It is what it is but this is something that could be improved on in the future.Courtney T.
1. Spent 40 minutes in office with no chair while the manager was trying to process my info on line and couldn't. Have old school paper plan b available. And some chairs. Manager was trying to do his best but technology not cooperating. 2. Truck needed some maintenance on the transmission. I would not rent this truck again.Debra T.

The mobile app was terrible. Canceled my reservation, had to call twice (on hold for 20 min. each time) to pick up truck. Also had problems returning the truck. Had to call again (on hold 20 min again) and drop key without formally checking it in because the app wasn't working. Terrible experience. Please fix your systems so another person will not have to go through this.Tami P.
Tank was on F but when I refilled it took over 4 gallons and I only drove 28 miles. Unless the van only gets 7 mpg I got ripped off. Asking if I had contact with anyone who had coronavirus is stupid. Why would I do that? I don't want the virus. The clerk calling my wife to verify I was renting from Uhaul is embarrassing and insulting. It's being treated like a child.
