I did spend a few minutes before someone came to wait on me at the counter, but otherwise the check-out and check-in procedure was easy. I did get charged for a dolly rental I didn't sign up for. That may just have been a misunderstanding, but we did use the dolly briefly to make loading one item easier. I also could not figure out how to get the heater in the cab of the truck to stop blowing warm air. I suppose I could have tried turning on the AC, but it didn't seem warm enough to warrant that. All in all, though, it was a pleasant experience.
