We dropped off a Truck and Trailer on a Thursday 11:00. There was nobody around and equipment was parked somewhat unorganized. It made a very poor first impression. We did the online checkout, which works very well. We love U-Haul and always had a great service. This location was a bit unusual.

Thomas SCustomer service. The lady Katie was extremely rude & made a stressful day even more inconvenient. The truck was dirty & the gas wasn’t full & then I was expected to refill for the previous customer or get charged a fee. I booked via the website at a specific location & it wasn’t honored I was sent to a dingy location. Overall I will never use U-Haul again & I would not recommend to anyone.
