I did not know it was a ride share location. It was a long process to rent but once I rented it, it was smooth sailing. I would rent again because I know the process now. I don’t have any suggestions on how to make a ride share location faster when no one is available to help.
Tammy LWe did bring the trailer back a day early but I didn't think this was going to be a problem because the shop was listed as open, Monday through Sunday, 8am to 6pm. Once we found the phone number to call on a closed and locked door, we were instructed where to park the trailer. It didn't feel like a safe area and I cannot recommend this place.
