Paid for blankets and a dolly and they were not provided. No people to talk to so couldn’t get it fixed. To much of a hassle to get a refund for that stuff. Wouldn’t recommend unless you just need a truck quick

The lady was extremely rude and apparently didn't ask all the necessary questions because she turned around and said "I asked you this inside and you said no 😠". And she in fact did not ask me if anyone else would be driving.
