Pick up spot got changed. My booking was until 5:30. Dropped off before 5 and got an after hours charge because the location closes at 4. The one I booked my truck at was open until 7:00. I was not notified of the hours change. It was already inconvenient to go to that location let alone being charged more due to then closing earlier.
