Edward DHonestly it was great!! Everything was how it was supposed to be, customer service was amazing, and everything was very clean. The only thing I would mention was that the clean smell inside the vehicle was quite strong and I needed my inhaler.
Heather DGreg, of this location, went the extra mile to contact me about my error in leaving the keys locked inside the vehicle. He provided a contact for a locksmith and we were able to fix the problem the very next day, which was a Sunday. I was impressed by his friendly, compassionate approach for my mistake. So, future renters... be SURE not to lock the keys in the vehicle when turning it back in! It's an easy mistake to make, because they ask you to take a picture of the odometer, which requires you to turn on the ignition. We plan to avoid locking the vehicle until AFTER we put the keys in the return slot from now on.
