Process to drop off never asked for pictures or anything. Literally held onto the key and walked around for a bit making sure everything was right. The second I drop the key it’s now asking for odometer pictures. The app is worthless now. This place also doesn’t say where to park the uhaul. The name of the building doesn’t match their uhaul listing. After returning my uhaul they called and asked when I was going to return the uhaul……. Idk… maybe check your parking lot? Yea?
