Truck was broken and dirty
MANDAN CIf I could give this place zero stars I would. The system was down all day. I was supposed to pick up my trailer at 10:00am, and every time I called to check on the system, he was incredibly rude. I showed up at 2:00pm, no one was there. I called the number, and he said that he was on lunch until 3:00pm. The entire place was incredibly sketchy, the parking lot was sketchy, the building smelled like pot. If this was my only experience with UHaul, I would never use the company again. The fact that you certify this location is egregious.
