We were told by giving a receipt that the U-Haul charge would be $124 and that was not the case when I looked at my bank that was on the U-Haul to be charged. Also, you guys did an authorization of $49.42. Which is fine but then you guys go in and charge $152 and change. So the $49 is being held up. Which you should’ve just charged the difference instead of holding up my funds. Which is a very inconvenience. We turned the truck in that day. Filled the Gas up to where we got it. So paying $152 is greedy. That is my opinion. And your guises word-of-mouth is not accountable because we were given states $124. So it’s like you guys were waiting for us to leave so you could double crossed by charging more. It greedy. That is my opinion. It is very expensive these days cost-of-living. And to be lied to and be charged more is not good reliable. I have rented from U-Haul before and never have been lied to about the charge this is the first time. I should’ve most likely save me some money if I would’ve known it was gonna be that much. And paid a friend 100 bucks. I’m sure they would’ve appreciated it. Like I said cost of living in Colorado is very expensive. Snow to save a pan or two these days is very well needed in this economy.

mike aEasy pickup after business hours through the U-Haul app only took about 20 minutes. Truck was clean and ran great with good AC for the duration of my move. Owner was there at drop off and took care of the return in 5 minutes.

Paul GI would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent equipment return experience. The staff at the location where I returned the equipment were not helpful or courteous. In addition, I noticed that my receipt included approximately $350 in extra charges that were not properly explained to me. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location or the company to others. I would appreciate a review of these charges and an explanation of why they were added.
