I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent equipment return experience. The staff at the location where I returned the equipment were not helpful or courteous. In addition, I noticed that my receipt included approximately $350 in extra charges that were not properly explained to me. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location or the company to others. I would appreciate a review of these charges and an explanation of why they were added.
