This location doesn't have experienced staff. No one there to connect the trailer and ensure it's on correctly. Had to get help from the meat guy in order to lift the trailer on to my hitch. Customer service is non existent. Very poorly managed. The lady that helped at 630pm was rude and condescending.

I was told the trailer as a 6x12 but the opening was 5,6 or smaller which was worthless for me because I wasn’t able to do my Job.

JESUS ONo changes needed. When I arrived on Friday to see what the availability was without a doubt, I was able to get a U-Haul truck and be out of here in about 10 minutes. The service was excellent. I had no problems. Thank you
DAVID ATruck was completely filthy, the windshield was filthy. The inside of the cab was full of grime and dirt. I had to clean the windshield and interior myself. Plus I came in 3 days before to reserve. 15 foot truck and only 10 ft trucks were left. Overall what happened to good service and not worth 171.00.
