Took me 45 minutes just to pick it up. The app wasn’t working. I chatted with somebody finally they told me I had a balance that I never knew about and then I also had to have the truck back at 12 so I was late for the pick up even though I was there before 8 o’clock make that more user-friendly it wouldn’t take my pictures.

Since there is no way to complain of the real issues in this survey, I will write them here. Issue 1. Purchasing your service online; I did not need to return the rental to a different location, but was forced to choose one which drastically increases pricing(by design I'm sure). Issue 2. Returning your property; The mobile app is a giant pile of shit, I sat I'm 110 degree weather jamming my thumb into "start return process" for over 10 minutes, while the form kept failing to load. I then guessed the operations needed, and returned the key in the drop box. Frustrated and farther away from home than ever needed to be, as Broadway DX is a mile away, yet I was forced to return 7 miles away, I started pressing start return process again, and then it worked. So I submitted a ticket, they said they would put the note in to have the staff process the return, then I get an email saying I need to return the vehicle the very next day. So I had to get back on support and remind them of the issues. Bravo, in your quest to make things easier on yourselves, you have made it harder for your customers.

Chris BThis location did not have staff. We secured a truck from Superior Structures but the check engine light was on. Thankfully there was someone there that helped us find another truck. The location in Moore is a run down gas station with staff don’t help if there is an issue. I would not rent from either location due to the lack of staffing. There are too many variables that can go wrong when picking up a truck, as what happened to us. The truck at Superior Structures should have been checked that morning to ensure it was ready. That would have saved us time and stress in securing a new truck. The first truck was not even cleaned out. The second truck the cab was clean but the interior of the truck bed was not swept. I will say the location in Moore was more organized in having a clear way to obtain the truck. If there hadn’t been a person at Superior Structures, I don’t know how we would have gotten the keys.
Demaree SThe website didn't work for check in. Every time I tried it just reloaded the log in page and I had to start over. I gave up and the staff was helpful and was able to get me set up with the truck.
