The truck was older and had a lot of miles and it was loud. But other than that the owner/ staff was very professional and helpful! Great customer service!I will definitely use this location again!

STEVEN MThe location needs better instructions on how to get there, as a special note..because GPS takes you to an older location that they’ve moved from over 5 months ago..CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO NEEDS TO GET BETTER WHEN BOOKING THROUGH U-HAUL OVER THE. PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE..I ASKED FOR A 24HR BOOKING,THE AGENT BOOKED ME FOR 4HRS WHICH CREATED A HUGE PROBLEM BECAUSE THE VEHICLE I REQUESTED WAS’NT AVAILABLE FOR 24HRS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL BOOKED OUT!! NOT TO MENTION THE 1st LOCATION THEY SENT ME TO, DIDN’T HAVE THE 9” CARGO VAN AVAILABLE EITHER .. WHICH WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND LYFT RIDE TO THAT LOCATION.I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE ON THE PHONE OPERATOR WHO BOOKED MY RENTAL.
