This was my 2nd time renting from this location and the staff are very kind making my visit very confident. Carlos even called to check on me when I was running late to return the truck. This is the location I’ll be using in the future.

The vehicle had a "check engine" (vehicle emissions system) warning activated on the dashboard that I should have been briefed about beforehand.
Jeffrey BThis location is very convenient (minutes from Rt 29 and Route 100). Once again, the team at Pacos Paints had a clean van ready for us on the date and time promised. We received polite service and were on our way in minutes. We would definitely recommend this site to anyone in the Columbia and Ellicott City area considering a U-Haul rental.

denise mThe facility was helpful and nice, however, I recieved an email the day before that the truck I had wanted wasn't at my original facility anymore and needed to be changed. Why on the website have an option if it won't be available. I had to spend more time out of my day to figure out a new plan on where to get a truck and change our plans of what we were doing with the truck. I am extremly disappointed in how this transpired with the reservation.
