Employee's are not checking for damage after every use. Lucky I took the extra insurance out or they were gonna charge me for someone else's damage. They need to make sure all employees do the inspection of the UHauls after they are Returned.

BRIAN DThe truck itself was great. But I suggest if you do the 24/7 pick up you be on time . I was 25 minutes late was scheduled for 10:00am got there at 10:25 needless to say I didn't get into truck and pull off till 1:00 PM . The trucks keys were missing and they had to switch me to another truck . Don't go when there no one in building and building closed
