Even with a reservation she took 30 min to get me registered. Nasty to me. Truck wouldn’t kick into gear. Loud. No radio. Wasn’t working. I returned truck 2 hours early and put key in front box but she claimed I didn’t return it till late. She was not there but she didn’t check box or her parking lot. Weird interaction. Terrible English. She hung up on me saying she’s 3 rd party talk to U-Haul corp. where is U-Haul corp and how do I reach them. No answer. Frustrating experience

Extremely helpful
ROSS SEverything went well except the "auto" or "self" check out. The app did not work nor did I get the access code. The staff at the Dollar Store were more than patient with me and helped me throughout the process.
