U-Haul Rental is not good here! I did mobile pick up for a truck rental, the mileage and gas according to my receipt were not accurate. I tried calling multiple time on site, and was unable to reach out to them. Nobody has returned my calls, it has been just a uphill battle. ! requested a dolly that I paid for and was not in the truck, the mileage marker was off by at least 100 miles, and gas tank marker was off as well. I has been impossible to reach out to anybody in this location. As a first time truck renter, this has been the worst experience I've had!
Ashlie PTerrible pick up and after being dropped off someone called me for the lock code asking if the lock was mine and the lock is literally the way we were able to do mobile pick up.
LENWOOD HCheck in/ out process was horrible, but the U-Haul representative was awesome!
