The absolute worst experience. I went to 4 locations attempting to return the truck. Stores would not accept more returns, stores without offices, stores without marked entrances. Terrible terrible terrible

It was quick after I finally got help, but nobody seemed to be paying attention.
The wait time was a bit too long
This is a multipurpose facility that is not suited for trailer pick up & drop off. The gates & pathways are too tight and create an obstruction to get into & out if this facility. Furthermore, the inflexibility of service to pick up & drop off at another closer facility makes this a real problem for your customer service. Finally, the management needs to improve the training of the servicing representative on customer relations as well as what's the most efficient and practical way for your operation as well as reducing the â€˜turnaround time' for the customer.
The attendant was extremely helpful and assisted us with loading and unloading the trailer.
Needed the larger truck, but it was according to the employee "not there" (it was next to the truck they assigned) the assigned truck ran fine when we picked it up but soon after i cpuld smell burning oil and it wouldn't do highway speed making it unsafe to have on the interstate. I called roadside who sent out service and determined the oil was seriously low and suspected a leak. He added oil and test drove it. Stated he would check for the leak, but did not look for any leaks. I took the truck back early as i didn't want to have my property in it and have it break down on the side of the road. On the trip back the burning oil smell was worse and the oil pressure kept dropping. Uhaul obviously doesnt care about preventative maintenance, and would rather inconvenience customers than prevent a breakdown. Also had to break the seal on the hand truck, not to use it.... but because it was in the way. I will not be returning to any uhaul facility nor will i be utilizing uhaul in the future.
Definitely policy knowledge. Stating something that ends up being inaccurate is unhelpful to customers.
Great customer service
Had a rental confirmation at the Two Notch Rd location. When I got there to pick up the truck I was told that they didn't have one for me. Ran me all over town between locations, finally located me one . This is not the first time that has happened at this location. Very disappointed, but did like the Forest Drive location.
Service and process was horrible all the way around. It started with Brandon at the Forest Drive location. Despite a phone call in advance of my pick up and a conversation at my pick up, my return date was never corrected. This resulted in multiple calls a day early harassing me about the truck. The dolly and pads I paid for were not provided until I asked for them. The app works I guess, but was a huge hassle to check out. After waiting in a line, I was asked to go get a picture of the gas gage and miles. Then I was told I had to check out via the app. Guess what! Another trip to the truck to get more pictures. No one was friendly at either location. Its clear that Uhaul is not a customer centric company. Really disappointing experience that made 2 long days of moving even longer.
This is like a place I would expect.
Give a free hand truck
I was told one price on the phone and the female stated I would not charged anymore money. Of course I was charged more money. I requested one site and had to go to other site. I will not use this company again. I cannot afford it
I felt like they had truly spent extra time making sure the vehicle was clean and â€œhealthyâ€ and safe for me to rent.

The owner Johnny is the best Uhaul dude I have ever met. He runs a straight up smooth oiled machine over there. I have never had as good as an experience with Uhaul as I did with him. Fast. Easy. Smooth. Professional. The dude deserves a raise if you ask me! Highly recommend him and this location to anyone. Family, friends, you name it. Seriously. Thanks Johnny.
Staff were very courteous and helpful. Allowed us to switch our reservation and get a van which better suited our needs. Best way ever to move a student home from college.
Need an additional person working there. I had to spend most of an hour or more on phone several times to get pick-up details and billing worked out. Got a different person each time I called. Then my brother had to wait and go back in twice because of not being able to get out of gate with towing dolly (not enough time to get in car and then gate closed, had to go back in to ask for gate again.) He said woman working there seemed over-whelmed. He and I both got frustrated. Dolly worked fine and return went okay.
Only if it was the closest place to their location. There is no Convenient parking for Customers. There layout is not accommodating to large trucks.
I have had many experiences with UHaul and this was by far the worst. Very very disorganized. The girl working was very unprofessional. I had to wait 15 minutes outside to help. She seemed clueless to what was going on. The online application was malfunctioning so the check in process was difficult to complete. The young lady didnt come outside to inspect the vehicle after I told her it was damaged. Luckily I called customer service to inform them of the damage or I could have been held liable for something I didnt do. Customer service told me to go back to the location where we discovered the young lady knew about the damage but forgot to tell the supervisor immediately. This of course caused extra mileage having to double back to the location. This was just an overall unpleasant experience. I wont be returning to this location.
Customer service was superb. I've had bad experiences in the past but I've been a Uhaul customer long enough to know that every location was not bad. These ladies who heckled me in and checked me back out were professional. I have no complaints!
In reserved my truck and dolly a week before my move. When I arrived I was told there were no dollys and the closest place that had one was 40 min away. I had movers coming and when they arrived I had no dolly for them so I had to go out and buy a 60$ dolly and pay them for an hour for free. I had this reserved days before hand. I'm very upset with that fact. If I had just walked in I would understand but what is the purpose of a reservation when the equipment is not reserved for you. I had to pay the movers and extra120$ plus the 60$ for a dolly. With taxes that's double the amount extra than I paid for the U-Haul itself just because of the horrible disorganization. I will be on every social media platform sharing this and spreading the word not to use U-Haul. This is unfair and against your own contract. I have a medical condition as well and all of the stress and extra work I had to do landed me in the hospital and I was just released this morning. I have already contacted my personal attorney and we will be pursuing action.
