Mike BFirst of all, the lady at the one 800 customer service number gave me a quote without insurance. The manager slipped in the $15 safe travel insurance. I returned to the location to check to see if I lost or left some equipment and the manager on duty brushed me off, saying that he just redid the truck to another person that was just returned. It was the wrong truck then he said it that he rented this truck out to someone else again. Felt like I was being brushed off.
Anthony MYou can honor the quote amount I selected to pay. My order was to be $22.17. when I got there I was charged $57.00. That was more than double the quote. And no gas was in the vehicle and I was told to fill it up. I will not be recommending any one to this location or with Uhaul. I want my money back!!!!!
