Made an online reservation for a 15ft truck got a confirmation text and paid for an Uber to 1711 Lake Murray Blvd Columbia, SC 29212. When I arrived was told my reservation was cancelled hours before with no notification. The clerk there made me another reservation 0.5 miles away and I had to walk to the BP gas station to get my truck only to have some computer error that kept me there for almost an hour

LESLIE STruck had a service Engine Light on. The store manager said not to worry—but I did worry. The front brakes pulsed and the lifters clicked. The truck was dirty and there was someone’s furniture left in the cargo area. Of all my U-Haul rentals, this is the worst.
Timothy DI cannot just pick up equipment from this location. I had to go in to the store every time and had the clerk call the owner so he can allow me to pick up equipment.
