CYNTHIA ROur concerns were raised initially when we did not receive the usual email to check the vehicle's condition before renting. This absence, coupled with how the process was handled, prompted us to document the vehicle’s condition ourselves, including taking pictures of the mileage, gas level, and overall condition prior to leaving the lot. Upon return, we observed that the reported mileage and gas levels did not match what we documented. These inaccuracies have left us concerned about the integrity of the information recorded by this location. We can provide the photos we took upon request for your review.
