RALPH PPlace was awful. Looks like it should be condemned I’ve never done a review in my 50 years on earth but whoever thought the pictures on the app was a great idea has obviously never had a position that required any level of customer service. My guess would be it’s an individual in an accounting role. Total trash to have to take 14 pictures. Told my family I’d walk before I rented another U-Haul vehicle
