App super intuitive. At pick-up the text received for taking a picture of the license needs a little more explanation. I paid- but had a secondary driver which made this more complicated. I suggest to walk out to the vehicle every time to make sure the customer is comfortable accessing the box truck, backing up a box truck, and the vehicle has no issues. Return was super easy!!
