Truck had a service Engine Light on. The store manager said not to worry—but I did worry. The front brakes pulsed and the lifters clicked. The truck was dirty and there was someone’s furniture left in the cargo area. Of all my U-Haul rentals, this is the worst.

I cannot just pick up equipment from this location. I had to go in to the store every time and had the clerk call the owner so he can allow me to pick up equipment.
Richard SMake sure everybody that’s apart of staff know how to use the uhual. very rude customer service and only 1 person knew what they were doing. I think the owner was trying to make me pay for it again after i showered him i payed for it. Paid for a dolly and did not receive a dolly.
