Please let people know to come in to the convenience store. The app is really terrible
Linden CI don't think we should have to drive 15 miles one way to pick up a vehicle when we have multiple locations closer to us especially since you charge by the mile now. Seems like a scam to get more money. Not sure I will be using U-Haul anymore

Jan NThe representative attached the trailer incorrectly causing it to immediately fall off when I tested it, I had to correct the rep and supervise him to ensure he attached it correctly the second time. Luckily I knew what I was doing and caught his mistake before I drove off, a person without experience would have had a very bad experience. That location needs to be trained on how to properly use the equipment that they hire! Unacceptable!
