PENNY RI would like a refund on this rental. 1- shipping blankets not available 2- owner or manager or whatever his title is: Sent me to the trailer to lift the trailer onto my trailer ball. He assisted when I tried several times myself to lift it. 3- there is a leak on the trailer I rented. On the roof. So, it was raining, and the trailer leaked. 4- Just an unprofessional place. The worst UHAUL station I have ever dealt with.
