This location was great but was not the location I selected when I made the reservation. The location I made the reservation at was the most convenient for me. I made the reservation almost 1 month ahead of time. It was still transferred to 3 other locations before it was all said and done because of equipment availability. I could understand if I made the reservation last minute. But that's not the case here. When my pickup location was changed to a location 1 hour away, I refused to confirm the pickup. I assume corporate had to step in and upgrade me to the next bigger truck to keep the reservation. Had they not done this, I would've canceled the reservation last minute and gone with Penske. At the end of the day, I got a bigger truck and a trailer as required and only had to drive 15 minutes out of my way.
