I had to wait a half hour for someone to come to the counter. Then gave me truck, but called me 10 minutes later begging me to come back because they had given me the wrong equipment. No discount, no free tank of gas, nothing for them costing me an hour at a very sketchy location to begin with.

MICHELLE AOne of the tires on the auto transport was flawed, which led to a blowout with 45 mins of leaving. Also the truck had not been swept.
Moe MI just sent an email over to explain in further detail, but the customer service I received at this location is the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The man did help me change my reservation to a smaller truck that was unavailable online, but he added insurance to the bill when transferring. When I asked for a refund, as this was not on my original order, the man began screaming at me on the phone stating that I am the one who put the insurance on and when I asked who else I could speak with, he told me to call 1800 uhahl and hung up the phone on me. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The email I sent does include additional details.
