The app was not working properly so I had to wait about an hour until I could leave the parking lot with my Uhaul. I ended up having to call customer service who completed everything over the phone due to the app not working.

I would suggest putting in a wifi hub so the online pick-up and drop off goes a little smoother. It took almost a half hour to check the truck out, and then another half hour just to drop it off. The website could also use some work, as it depends way to much on browser storage, which can be quite limited depending on the default settings

Two things. 1. Trucks and pick up boxes are on two different sides of the building with no signage telling you this. It is very confusing at pick up. 2. Went in the office to talk to the person working. The person In the office was on her cell phone and was very rude. She acted like she was being put out to help me.

The process to pickup the equipment via mobile app was ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to pick it up. If I request a reservation online for a specific time pickup I expect to pick it up at that time and not have to wait for an extended approval process. This service is not at all good. I am highly disappointed.

The reservation was changed to this location but since it did not open until 10am, they switched the reservation to self pick-up. When we arrived, our truck was completely blocked in and we had to wait until someone arrived at 10am. The other equipment we reserved was not loaded in the truck (so if we had been able to take it we wouldn't have had it) and they did not have everything we reserved. VERY disappointing.

Best uhaul experience I've had in 60 years, proprietor was very courteous and considerate. 26 ft. Truck I rented was clean and serviceable. I liked the way my transaction was handled, everything was ready to go when I arrived. I think that this will be my new rental location from now on. Thank you all who made this a comfortable experience for me.

The backdoor of the truck was frozen shut. Opening it was extremely difficult, eventually requiring multiple people to assist. Additionally, when the door was finally opened there was mud frozen to the truck floor. Additionally, my order was transferred here from another location. I had reserved 2 dozen furniture blankets which were not available.

Vehicle was having engine idle and low gear issues after 200 miles. Roadside assistance could not find the problem. Drove the final 600 miles worried about vehicle failure!

when returning a truck using the mobile app 24/7 features there are no questions pertaining to additional equipment (blankets and dolly) or what to do with rented equipment to confirm it was returned. I still have an open contract number for equipment since i was double charged and still have no received any help removing these charges and closing the contract for the blankets and dolly.

Great experience! Truck was brand new and clean. I didn't opt for the mobile check in- Diane was great to work with while both checking out and in the truck. Highly recommend this location!

I appreciated that there was a dedicated staff there. The on line portal is unreliable, difficult to use, and the generated price NEVER squares with the advertised rate. Fortunately, I called the the office near me and the young woman who answered the phone was very helpful. She was also the same person I dealt with when I picked up the vehicle. Give her a raise and hire more like her across all your locations.

Contract said the tank is 33 gallons when it's actually 24. Went to fill the tank back to original level and unintentionally filled the entire tank. I was told there are no exceptions to the rule for reimbursement for gas.
