Hello, and good day! I rented a U-haul truck on the evening of 8/4 using the U-haul app at the store location. It was a terrible experience. Renting a truck afterhours, when the location is closed, and no one is around to assist, can lead to confusion, as was my experience. I tried to rent the truck for 8/5, for 24 hours. Drop off was 8/6, at the same location. Using the app, on Monday evening, 8/4, the font is very small in the app, and hard to read. I followed the steps in the app. I was able to complete the verification step, then nothing. The app did not provide further steps to complete my request, and get the key for the truck, I had to call support for assistance. After about an hour, I was able to finally complete the check-in process, and get the key from the lock box with the help from support. Mission accomplished! We drove off. Next day, truck was dropped off at the location we rented the truck from. I walked into the store, handed the key to the person behind the counter. He was very young. He made a call, hung up. Then thanked me for returning the truck. I left the store. Next day, 8/6, I get a call from U-haul Traffic, and was informed there was confusion in the trucked being returned. It was returned as late, and the wrong location (?) I assured them that the truck was returned on-time, and to the correct location. After some additional investigating by U-haul, the issue was resolved. Thank goodness! However, as a customer, if there is internal confusion between the store location, and U-haul, I should not have to pay the price.

Stanley KThe guy at the counter had no idea how to help myself or another guy trying to pick up our trucks. I was sent to this location after originally booking the official uhaul location off Havana. I got there on time to pick up my truck, did the check in on the app, it directed me to show my screen to the person at the counter, and he didn't seem like he knew that anybody would need anything from him and didn't know a thing about the lock boxes right outside his store. I went back and forth with him and the supervisor trying to get things sorted out and finally picked up my truck after 30 minutes of BS starting my move off on a really stressful and irritating note.
