This location was great, however it was the 3rd place I was sent to after making my reservation days in advance and calling Saturday morning to confirm only to find out the requested equipment wasn’t available so I was sent to another location which I called and got no answer. I called Cus to met service back and they insisted the location was open. Upon arrival the place was locked so I called back. “They’ve gone to lunch.” I was sent to a 3rd place with didn’t have any equipment except the trailer. This made me 30 min. late for my appointment even though I built in a 1 hr cushion beforehand. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Trailer tire blow out on hwy at midnight tire tech. Said tires are 4years old it was just a matter of time before they gave out, tires looked good in tread they were dry rotted after dropping off trailer 2nd tire had big cracks on sidewall.( experience with call center was excellent tire tech. Showed up in 90min. Tire was replaced and I was back on the road in 2 1/2 hours.)
Jose EWhen we get U-Haul it’s dirty inside and when we drop it, I get charge as cleaning fee $25.
rabin sRight rear tire had 35psi air, all other were over 110 psi. box needed to be swept. cab was dirty, and I had to clean it in order to not stick to the center console. Also the advance track kept giving error randomly throughout trip, and abs light would also turn on at same time, and it would kick off the cruise control and would not allow cruise to work until it randomly kicked off. The gentleman i picked the truck from was not personable nor cordial, including I specifically told him I did not want the truck on Wed at closing time unless I did not get charged for the day. Then he charged me for the day. He either lied intentionally or misrepresented because he didn't know, either way I got charged for a day I specifically inquired about and was told I would not.
David DAn extra $160 dollars for millage? There is no way I drove 140 miles. I will be disputing this on my account. The check engine light was on when I started it as well.
