Regarding the drop-off location, I didn’t really have much interaction there. I was just given instructions on where to park the truck and to leave the keys and contract in the back of the parking lot. However, the person there was kind and helpful. Because my interaction was very limited, I can’t really give a full review of that location.

AIMALE KNo washer fluid made driving in wet winter conditions dangerous. Key did not work in driver's side door. Was charged for 2 gallons of fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than when I checked out. Refund the $8.08 + tax that was charged for fuel. I took before and after pictures to support my claim. Please don't make me waste my time following up -- just post the credit to my card.
