Rented a 10 foot truck weeks in advance, on moving day the truck wasn’t there. They subbed a 15 foot truck but we could only use for 3 hours instead of 6 and was upcharged for larger truck

Sashank MIf anyone actually reads this, U-Haul customer service needs to call me at 614-905-1546 in order to explain how poor my experience with U-Haul was with phone reps that consistently provided either incorrect information or failed to provide necessary details about changes. My location and pickup time were changed without my knowledge. I had to drive an hour round trip in order to pickup and then the location wasn’t open for another hour. Then the Beer Zone manager repeatedly called me harassing me to return on a date/time that I was not informed about. The entire experience has been disappointing after positive uses in the past. I expect a significant refund including the gasoline charges.
