How U-Haul Reviews WorkRepair the vehicle. The driver’s seat was damaged, there was trash in the back from a previous rental, the transmission sounded like it was having issues with a really light load and the gas gauge didn’t move the whole day until I put gas in the tank before returning the vehicle. Not a great rental experience.

Diana WThe truck’s check engine light came on. Because of that, gas consumption was higher than in regular trucks. The air conditioning wasn't working either, and I was sweating too much due to the hot weather. I was not at all satisfied with renting such a vehicle.
Serdar KHeadlight and brake light were broke. Check engine light was on. No AC for the vehicle.
