In my 59 years alive, this is my first U-Haul rental. I had visited the Beer Zone (liquor store in Columbus, OH where the U-Haul counter is located) the night before for boxes and a mattress bag to help my grad student daughter move. They had no packing tape in stock. The following day I reserved a van for 11:30 am. Prior renter did not return the van on time. Sade (like the singer), the nice young lady behind the counter, gave me a call when the late van returned and I came back to pick it up, only 15 minutes late, a minor inconvenience, nonetheless. After the move, the return process took a few minutes. Hard to take a photo of the strobing odometer with a smart phone.

Convenient location. Staff person was extremely friendly. Truck had trash in it from a previous driver
Tracy HFirst truck I was given had a broken drivers seat adjuster, stuck in almost full front movement and seat cover was messed up. Attendant quickly changed to another truck for me. Thank you. Had to jump start it once as the battery seemed to be weak and didn't want to turn over. Got thru the move and got it back. Might want to check the battery.
Jeff DGreat customer service Amazing people at this location
daud mI ordered a 15' truck which was not available at the site when we arrived. They offered a 20' or 10 ' truck. Do to location where we were moving we used the 10' truck, 20' would have been too big to maneuver. We had to make 2 trips with the 10', adding mileage and fuel. if we had the 15' truck we would have had to make only 1 trip.
