The truck’s check engine light came on. Because of that, gas consumption was higher than in regular trucks. The air conditioning wasn't working either, and I was sweating too much due to the hot weather. I was not at all satisfied with renting such a vehicle.

Ashley WMake sure your customer knows that they do not need to return the vehicle on a full tank of gas. The written statement that requires the gas receipt is very misleading. I put in over $100 to return the truck and no compensation from the location. Will not use again!
Eva CThe vans were so tightly parked together I couldn't get in the driver's side. When I opened the back to get in the van, there was trash in the back (tons of empty boxes, a huge old broken tv, and a half eaten sandwich). A moving cart, a dolly, and moving pads were lose in the back. I went back inside to tell the person who checked me out and she said she couldn't help because she was the only person working. I asked if there was another van I could use and she said no, "That's our only one" even though there were several vans lined up like sardines. I asked for help from a couple extremely nice Blackburn Chimney guys who happened to be walking by. When I checked out, the person working gave me a total that was twice as much as when I picked up the van. After asking a lot of questions, I figured out that when I picked the van up there was a hold placed on my card but not charged until I returned the van. This was never explained to me so at first it seemed like I was getting charged double. I had to ask for some kind of discount since I had to move all the leftover trash out of the van and then I was given $15 off. The van itself was nice, but I would not recommend this location based on service.
