I selected 8:30am pickup and the truck was unassigned. I had to wait until the store opened at 9am. The clerk gave us a key to a uhaul that was blocked in by a different truck. He gave me the key to that truck to move myself but it was the wrong key so I had to go back to the store again to get the right keys. He was unapologetic that it took us over an hour to get the truck from start to finish.
