First truck I was given had a broken drivers seat adjuster, stuck in almost full front movement and seat cover was messed up. Attendant quickly changed to another truck for me. Thank you. Had to jump start it once as the battery seemed to be weak and didn't want to turn over. Got thru the move and got it back. Might want to check the battery.

daud mI ordered a 15' truck which was not available at the site when we arrived. They offered a 20' or 10 ' truck. Do to location where we were moving we used the 10' truck, 20' would have been too big to maneuver. We had to make 2 trips with the 10', adding mileage and fuel. if we had the 15' truck we would have had to make only 1 trip.
James BCustomer service was abysmal!!! Worst experience of my life! First, the attendant doesn't acknowledge us because he's engaged in conversation with someone who has already paid. After about 30 seconds, I started a timer. After 4 minutes of waiting, I asked if he could help me. He finally cones over and immediately asks why I'm upset. I told him I'm in a hurry. This person then calls me a bully and threatens to NOT give me the rental truck. I have movers waiting for me and this guy wants to agrue with me after I had to wait almost 5 minutes for him to discuss the price of gas and how much oil the world has! I'm thinking, is this a joke? I asked for the truck keys again and he continues to threaten me with no truck. I ask for the keys again and still more arguing. Finally, I get the keys and leave the establishment. When I drop off the truck, almost 4 hours later, I get a bill for $61.43??? A ten foot truck rental, driving 10 total miles and returning under 4 hours and being verbally abused and threatened and I HAVE TO PAY $61+??? In what world is this ok?
