I had to go to this location after my original truck rental location reservation said it was not available when I arrived. (after a 10 hour drive). I had called the pick up location ahead of time to let them know I was going to be late and owner said it would be fine, that the key is in the lockbox. However when I arrived I couldn't get the code to the lock box as UHaul said that truck was not available-despite my confirmed reservation.

This isn't the fault of U-Haul, but a semi was parked back by the rental fleet. I had a 10ft truck that I picked up, thru the app, before U-Haul opened. I needed to do probably a 20 point turn to get the rental out of the spot. A bigger truck would not have been able to get out.
Dan WVery polite person at Quality Box & Pack. Trailer was dirty inside. Some sort of residue on the floor along with debris. Kind of problematic to hitch the trailer up on the other side of large parking lot by myself and then come all the way back to the office. Same on the return.

Kohl FMobile phone check-in was a disaster and Lock code process was a disaster as well. I knew the place would be closed when I arrived to get the truck in the early hours of 8am. When I arrived, I checked in with the mobile app. It would let me continue, telling me I was not at the correct location although I was. I had to call support and go through the entire process to get registered again. Then, once that was settled, support gave me a code to unlock the lock to retrieve my key for the truck and the code did not work on the lock. They had me keep retrying over and over but clearly there was a problem with the lock. So, they had to go through another long process of transferring me to a different truck. Given a another code to a different lock and that lock worked without issue. By that time it was about 910 before I pulled out of that lot although I arrive at 745am. This made me late for my son's move. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I was none the less very frustrated. I drove over 2 hours from Ky to run into these problems.
