Eric, was super helpful. During the safety check, there was an issue noted. When I used the left turn-signal, the hazard lights on the trailer flashed vs just the left lens. He worked hard to make sure we left safe. He swapped out fuses, tried another wiring harness, and alternate trailer. After all that, turned out that it was a defective harness adapter. He had a new one available for purchase ($15) and that fixed the issue. We had a 9 hr trip ahead of us, and we were glad that we were 100% on equipment function. We all arrived safe and without issue. Thanks Eric!

The truck was utterly disgusting. It had the smell of rotten meat. It was very dirty on the floor in all over the trailer in the back. It had the remnants of the meat blood all over the back of the truck. This by far has been the worst experience at first, I got real terrible customer service a few weeks ago and then this so I’m not too happy with U-Haul at this time. I don’t think I will be utilizing U-Haul in the future. also, there is a lack of customer service coming from these authorized dealers and various locations people are just there for to check. They’re not giving customer service the way I’m used to customer. Service has fell way off. You receive the best customer service with the phone reps, but your reps in person are terrible at the authorized dealership. They didn’t even have any empathy or display any about my situation. The guy even lied and said that the truck was just dropped off 10 minutes before I picked it up knowing I know the truth that meat smell was rotten in there for a while and I didn’t check the back of the trailer because the lady put the dolly on there and it wasn’t a U-Haul dolly and I was charged $10.80 twice they double charged me which that’s not you guys’s fault but when I say this was the worst experience, this really was and smelling that rotten meat made me sick to my stomach i’m praying for a resolution and to be appease for my situation because nobody should have to deal with that and also I hope I get a full refund that would be all the only resolution that was satisfying me after this hellacious experience
