BEN BIt was an easy process especially since the original U-Haul we reserved with had a power loss. Thank you to Tammy who made it all happen and the woman at the store who made it stress free
TRICIA AThe AC broke. It was 95 degree outside, really hot for driving.
RUICHEN LThe uhaul i was given was full of furniture blankets i didn't request and the bay was full of leaves, screws and dirt. The truck itself, the passenger side door didn't close correctly, it was definitely in severe need of a tune up or to be deserviced as it was having trouble shifting gears while accelerating, causing the whole thing to lurch violently every time. The ac also barely functioned on a very hot day. The parking lot of the pick up location was also entirely too small for the trucks it had. When i went inside to ask for my missing rental equipment the clerk told me they've been asking for a shipment of furniture, appliance and utility dollys pretty much since they started providing pickup service at their location and have never received them.
