PAULA SMy reservation was pushed to 2:00PM despite me having a confirmation email saying 11:00AM, therefore my UHaul was not at the location at my time of arrival. The man working there did his best to help me, but I ultimately had to walk to a stranger’s house to get the keys to a UHaul. When I was trying to return the UHaul, the mileage on the website was different from what was on the odometer, so to move on I had to put a different number. I don’t think this is necessarily the fault of Beer Zone, but probably of UHaul’s system.

SHERONNA DVan was clean, and drove well. However, it did not have a full tank of gas when dropped off by the previous renter. Everything else was great. Interaction with staff was great at pick-up and drop off.
