At first the attendant wasn't sure what to do. He took a picture of the truck and trailer to send to his "manager" and said his manager would e-mail me. No paperwork. I was skeptical at first, but it did work. Also, when I dropped the truck off he did not note the mileage and condition, just same process of taking a picture and telling me the manager would e-mail me. Overall, Milan was friendly and got the job done. Also, this location was a gas station, there is no specific counter for U-haul, it seems there should be and since I was hesitant about the process I'm sure others would be too.
