The person at the counter on Saturday (Justin maybe?) was awesome. He was helpful to me and the other customers, even trying to solve issues for a customer that were not in his scope. 10/10 for Justin.

Josh was so accommodating and helpful. I had just had a horrible experience at the monument location. U-Haul had overbooked and the front desk help wanted me to walk to the Detroit location. It was super hot that day. He had Dee drop me off thank god for Dee.

Erica sPick up was a nightmare. Signing in online was unnecessarily difficult. There was no cell service in the lot. Directions were very unclear. No one was available to help. Call center sent me to 3 different places for help. I will not use your company again.
Christina PThe truck was hidden in some off site lot 2 blocks away which I looked for over 30 min. Maybe move those trucks to the main location when you know there is a pick up. Cost me precious time
