I picked up my truck after hours because Livermore failed to mention that even though I reserved a truck two weeks in advance, I may need to travel another 30+ miles to pick up my truck if one is not returned to their yard. In a logical persons mind this does make sense. What Uhaul should do is transfer the equipment to the location where the reservation was made. Car rental companies do this often. Concord was great and accommodating. Livermore Uhaul shit the bed and drastically altered my schedule.
