Check the rubber straps on the fold down step they are cut into. The ratchet straps to go over the tires were rusted and had to be lubricated not working properly at first.

I had made a reservation the day before at another store, but when I arrived, I found that this location was closed. I tried to contact them, but they never answered. I then had to call customer service and ask them to transfer my reservation to a different store. I wasted a lot of time with this process.
