My overall experience was pretty good. My only issue is that I wasn't informed prior to my arrival that the dolly I ordered wasn't available.

This doesn’t apply to just this location but my U-Haul experience as a whole was terrible. Before I picked up my U-Haul, my reservation was changed 4-5 times with 3 of those being within 24 hrs. Nobody in Charlotte has utility dolly’s so I am expected to move with a 26’ truck with no dolley. The truck that I finally got was terrible, the alignment was WAY off and the brakes were bad. While moving, I got a blow out on the interstate. I used the roadside assistance and was stranded on the side of the interstate for 5 HOURS. I was initially told a 90-120 minute eta then I had to reach out when they didn’t show up and was told another 45-60 minutes and after that I continued to wait totaling 5 hours. The refrigerated items I had in the truck for what was supposed to be a 35 min drive spoiled due to being inside for over 5 hours. My overall experience was terrible and I don’t plan on ever using U-Haul again.

BARTOSZ WThe sales person was great. The process was smooth. I wish that all rental companies did things as well as she did. I'm not big on giving anything a 5 star rating because there is always room to improve. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.
