Attendant was busy and never checked gas tank or condition of the truck. While I filled it up and made sure it was clean I was worried that I didn't receive a receipt stating that I returned the truck in good condition and gas tank full as was required! Disappointing
BRIAN CI had the worst experience with uhual app. It's not ready to be used. It appears to be buggy, alpha version of app. I would rate uhual app 0 out of 10. Here are my reasons. 1. Filling Input fields I would still get errors telling me it's not filled in. 2. Zip code Input fields would not accept anything. 3. Checking in I could not proceed because I showed up 30 minutes late and had to contact support. That is unacceptable wasting even more time. 4. App would crash randomly. 5. Now while writing this comment I can't even scroll back. While checking in uhual I also had issues. 1. I could not check in using app because it wanted picture of odometer which had "check oili change " light on and didn't display mileage. I really, really should be credited for this and have my rental free. Total time wasted about 1 hours 20 minutes because the app is not usable Please refund me full charge .
