Experience was great. The only thing is that whoever had the uhaul prior to us having it did not properly clean it, the uhaul had a very strong urine odor. Will be using again soon!

ZACHARY HThe app performance was the only downside. The app “did not recognize a headshot” of the driver and required three identical images. It restarted the check in process requiring odometer photo three times. The app then progressed to the license plate photo section, requiring that photo twice. The app caused an unnecessary aggravation to an otherwise smooth process.
